Gear Tray Examples:

 Philips SGS203 (RevA/2-4-2009) Dimming Gear Tray Conversion

 Re connect mains supply and test for lamp operation

 NOTE: The original lamp circuit has 3 wires, Black, Brown & Blue. Only 2 of these wires are required, connect Black to + and Blue to - terminal as per the label (LAMP) on the new gear tray. Tape up the Brown cable with insulation tape as this is no longer required. Re energise circuit and test lamp for operation.

 Urbis Sapphire 2 Dimming Tray Gear Conversion

 Remove the 2 way connector (A) from the incoming mains, reuse and connect to the Black & White ignitor out going cables to the lamp. Install lamp holder & lamp and connect A plug circuit to plug C. Connect 3 way connector supplied with gear tray to the mains supply. Install lamp & Re connect mains supply and test for lamp operation.
